Integrated Service Program

This ongoing program is provided to all immigrants and refugees upon arrival, and supports them in becoming self sufficient and independent, active participants in the Canadian society.

Service includes:

Assessment, orientation, up-to-date information to start the resettlement process, goal setting, referrals to existing services, essential translation, interpretation, referrals to accommodation, social and recreational activities, ethnic shops, and on-going support.
